What this means (or what you should check carefully if you’re evaluating the college)

Because I was unable to confirm AGITE’s name in the publicly accessible “officially approved college” lists, there is a risk that either:

• the approvals are outdated / expired / under review, or

• the college’s claims may not fully reflect the current regulatory status

If you are considering admission (or advising someone), I strongly suggest doing the following before trusting the claims:

1. Contact PCI (or JSPC) directly (or check their latest published lists) to see if AGITE (address: Barhi, Hazaribag, Jharkhand, 825405) is listed as an approved pharmacy-course college (for D.Pharm or B.Pharm).

2. Ask AGITE to show official approval letters / affiliation certificates (dated after 2023) — both for D.Pharm and B.Pharm.

3. Visit the campus (since you are in Jharkhand) and check their infrastructure, labs, faculty credentials, and whether courses are actually running.

4. Try to find alumni or past students of AGITE via social media/phone — to verify whether the degree was accepted, whether registration/licensing as pharmacist succeeded, etc.

5. Compare with better-documented pharmacy colleges in Jharkhand (with PCI-listed approvals) before taking a decision.
