Vision
To promote and impart professional/technical capacity building and skill development education/training to youths to generate/enhance their earning opportunities.
Objectives
- Establish professional institutions of education & training to fill the gap of such institutions in rural areas.
- Work for promotion of professional/technical education among female and educationally backward sections of society.
- Develop network of like-minded institutions to support service providing govt./non-govt. departments/organizations for qualitative development of society.
Shantidoot is one of the many wings of Gautam Group. It is working mainly for education & training in health care services by establishment of nursing institutions in rural areas.
